Now even in surf/SUP/wing sector the HA wings seem to capture popularity and new wings come with tails to be retrofitted to large fuselage “saddle” - 683s/720/679/950
I wonder when 749 fuselage will become history along with low aspect wings and when will Moses introduce new standard for much narrower wing mount, maybe even universal for new generation of kite wings too. Something sized in between 647 and 749. The kite fuselage was introduced for product line of 2016, the surf fuselage was added for line of 2018. Good time to change.
Wouldn’t it be also nice to have 600/800/1100/1500/2000 or 550/700/900/1200/1600/2000 lineup of thinner wings about similar scaled up profile and aspect ratio. Moses race DNAs wings proven to be excellent and could be used for every foil activity I can think of.

You mean like the W671 (570cm²) , W800 (840cm²) , and W1000 (987cm²) ?.... So essentially just add 2 or 3 bigger sizes too?

I don’t think 671-800-1000 have same AR (7.9-7.6-10.1 calculated from area and wingspan) and the size gaps between their 570-840-987 sq.cm areas are not proportional either.

I'll check comparison thickness of W1000 790 and new 950 then post
950 profile is almost the same W1000.
As someone else said the 950 needs to have the mast a bit further back than the 790 this helps with board speed to get up foiling in marginal wind.
950 is now my favourite.

Is somebody ready to do the ultimate wing review?
1100 vs 950!
I really appreciate the wave riding capabilities my 873 main wing brings to me, but I feel like is Impossible to ride without wing power, surfer style, due to it's slow average speed.
Would the 1100 give me that bit speed plus to ride wingless, retaining the slow speed wave riding 873 has?
Would 950 be too fast to ride mushy waves?

1100 is thinner and higher aspect than 873 at about same area so you’re going to fly faster on 1100 and it’ll be more roll stable
due to higher aspect.
I think disappearance of 873 will be followed by 790 and likely 633 unless Moses comes up with a better “learning wing”

Are there any advantages of the 873 compared with 1100?
For instance I would expect the 873 is better than the 1100 for SUP foil (paddle-in) surfing small waves? I would imagine the 1100 would be too fast for small waves

For the people using the W950, which stab are you using it with?
