My question is, is it possible to fly a 5m one strut tubekite without depower with this bar?

Flying on zur Beach would be possible.
But I would never use it for riding!

Yes you could in a very limited way and in very limited conditions if you have the ability to trim the kite on the pigtails assuming even flying length. But if you have to ask the question you probably do not have the skills to do it safely. It is the sort of thing I might do for a bet but not for proper training or riding. The safety system is inadequate for sensible use with typical LEI kites.

If for hydrofoil it would work fine, but as Herman says, if you have to ask the question, it is not very likely, and I would stay away from it.
