Nothing in stone, just throwing feelers out there. Anyone interested in heading down for 1 or 2 weeks towards end of January, beginning of February?
If so, comment here (maybe message me your info) and I will get back to you. Thanks.

The house is an amazing house with its own marina and Boat to do Moriah Cay and other excursions and offshore kite trips. If you cannot do the full 2 weeks, the last 7 nights (26th-4th) would be prefect. Need to know ASAP. Round trip tickets right now from North East are around $500. We split expenses. Estimate $100-$150/day for room/board/food/car rental/boat cost(everything).
Every time I’ve gone the forecast has been over forecasted. I personally would bring your 12 and 9 and you’ll be covered for the typical winds you see this time of year. My wife and I have been to the island 8 ish times over the past ten years and I have never used anything smaller than a 12 and I’m 170 lbs. I do prefer riding powered and the air there is very humid and warm.Wind Runner wrote: ↑Fri Mar 05, 2021 5:47 pmI head there next week... check out this forecast... do I bring my 12m, or just go with the 7 & 9? Seriously. I'm a lightweight at about 155lbs... I won't need the 12m unless this forecast is a total flop, and it hasn't changed in a week... in fact it's gotten even stronger.
I'm going to most likely be kiting in Emerald Bay at the Sandal's resort, but hope to get over to Cocoplum Beach where the gorgeous sandbars and slicks are. I know there's a kite beach area over by Georgetown and Moriah Harbour, but I'm not sure if I'll make it there or not. It's a pretty short trip.
Thanks Ralu81!! I appreciate the advice. I will try to bring all three kites to make sure I'm covered.ralu81 wrote: ↑Sat Mar 06, 2021 1:32 pmEvery time I’ve gone the forecast has been over forecasted. Danlar, thanks for the feedback. I was in touch with Exuma kiteboarding and they said emerald Bay is good on a northeast which is what is forecast. That said, I will have to see what happens.
