If these foilers cant keep each other in line, then the invisible nanny hand will have to come in and do it for them....they reap what they sow....

Or, as was mentioned above, some of the non-foiling surfers might help tune their board for them!

More like the attorneys get involved and public authorities get sued - and then when the dust settles and regulations appear, then folks forget why it happened and claim democracy is socialism.....go kite and have great day!!

should be no need to "ban" or legislate anything..
..but surf foiling allows to hit waves that arent possible on a just a surfboard (and at a much higher frequency)
there is absolutely no need to sit in a line up on a foil.
common sense should tell a foiler to stay away from crowds..especially crowded surf zones.
