I used to use an 11m RPM for high winds (250lbs in 40 mph winds). Newer designs are much better - Orbit, Dice, Supermodel, Rebel, etc
At 180, the RPM will jellyfish on you in strong winds (40+). If you want it for wakestyle its great
For high wind Big Air, look elsewhere. Even SS gave up on the RPM for high wind big air

Thanks. Great feedback everyone. Ended up going with 2020 North Orbit.

Hello!
I own a 2016 10m RPM, and I feel it's less powerful than my other kites (Rally and Raptor), which I feel gives it a larger wind range for the high end.

For my high wind kite, I am thinking about getting a 2019 Slingshot RPM New condition.
Would you use this as high wind kite?
It's what Sam Light used as his BigAir looping kite.
Orbits are specifically designed for Bigair looping versus the RPM, which as someone mentioned, designed more as a crossover freestyle kite. If you already run Slightshot and can get a fantastic deal on a new 2019 kite, go for it.

Anyone knows how RPX is doing in wakestyle and big air?
I was thinking of buying big air kite, but i’m a bit scared that i will want to go back to some wakestyle tricks and it wont be possible on for example XR7. Is there any kite great for wakestyle and big air (probably not
)

If by big air you mean looping rather than just boosting, then yes - Dice, GTS, Pulse, etc. I haven't ridden the RPX, but supposedly it's in this same category.
