I agree with you grigorib on some of your points and your original post(s) about your family having the 800/695 prompted me to make the purchase of these wings, for that I thank you. I had my second session on the 799/400 in 11-18 knots, the lowend of the 799 is probably better than the 633, but not the high end, the 799 doesn't like speed going 20+knots and chop, you can do it but it doesn't feel comfortable at all, and yes it should have been made available for the kite fuselage, but that wasn't the target market, winging was for the HS700, they tried the 720 Baz but that had a shelf life of a couple of months and pulled from the market...
I disagree with you saying that you don't need a 1100 sq.cm wing, it is a great wing for beginners and experienced kiters, tremendous fun carving hard and for jumping, but I am a kite foil freestyler, I like to carve/surf chop, hard carving turns, jump high and sometimes go fast in a straight line but this gets boring after a few minutes. I can do the same with the 800 but hard carving turns leaning right back if you make a mistake and breach, the foil will suddenly jump out of the water and you can slice your leading lines on the back of the foil (already done it) as the lines are low close to the water looping through the power zone, so the 799 can do the same but without slicing lines or yourself
Masts I use are 82/91/101 and my main foils are:
kiting: 695 (jumping machine, but medium stall speed), 800 (can easily be your only kite foil), 799 (bought for winging)/633 (my first foil)
winging: 799/950/1100
I'd actually like a foil in the 750ish range like the 800, or even better redesign the 695 to have a better lowend like the 799, but similar characteristics to the 800. The 800 is too wide IMO for kite foiling, it's doable but less is more with foiling
I am 95-100kgs
