Why would you like to use Duotone bar with Core kite? Had ridden my friend rebel with DT bar 2021 few days ago and it’s feels like it will fall apart, lines feels flimsy and bar itself more like a toy once you use Core Sensor 3 bar.
DT makes great product, really liked speed of Rebel ‘21
9m which somehow felt quicker than my XR6 8m but their bars are atrocious.
Only started to learn kiteloop but I would never try it on DT bar nor even high jumps

Any one with any clues/actual experience can say if the LE diameter has reduced size for size compared with the xr6?
And if it has is there any change to the rigidity of the structure under very heavy load

Well I hear a lot off complains on the core bar about durability , I use duotone click bar on my rebels and I like that bar a lot , used Core bars in the past on my Nexus and I really hated that bar . So I leave Saturday on a Holliday to Paros ( Greece ) for 2 weeks off kitesurfing .
2 Brand new Xr7 kites and a sensor pro 3 bar ( I did put it on 22 m lines ) and I take my medium click bar ( 24m lines ) for my 12m Dice , so I will try it on the Core to feel the difference .
Also testing the XR7 ( 9 and 7m ) coming from Rebel 9 and 7 2021 model , I am curious what the differences will be ( for me and my riding style ) !

Just run your fingers through Sensor 3+ bar and Duotone bar line and tell me that first one doesn't give you more confidence?

which Duotone lines do you have in mind? I would agree with pre 2021 Duotone lines. With 2021 sk99 lines, I can't really see any problems. I would assume Core also uses sk99, but they don't really specify this.

I meant DT 2021, thats the bar I had weeks ago in my hands. Core Sensor 3+ has completely different lines. They feel more like they were made from steel. My previous Cabrinha 2017 bar had lines which felt similar.
You have both bar from DT and Core, surely you will be able to tell difference.
PS I'm not against DT at all as my friend Rebels 2021 9m and 12m feel quicker than mine XR6 8m & 11m but I'm hesitant to make switch due to DT bar quality.

I am afraid core bar does not give me confidence. First of all the flaging system is just bad. They use also a thin line running through a loop. Strength wise it might be ok, but abrasion wise - I am not so sure.

I am not the author of the previous post, so I don't have both.

My question is how are you able to check line quality by "feel"? I had a Slingshot bar like 7 years ago and their lines looked great. Currently thinner sk99 lines are becoming a standard, because they are likely to perform better. If I were to compare by looks, I would probably prefer the old Slingshot lines (obviously I would have to compare side by side, which I didn't). This is not to say Core lines are not as good. I have no idea what their lines are, because I can't find specs apart from giving some percentage numbers (but not saying what they compare those too, I would assume to their previous Sensor2 lines). I can't find Duotone's specs either, so can't really do a fair comparison.

Out of interest have you used the Sensor 3 bar at all or are you going by reputation?

As someone who has both a click bar and a sensor 3 bar, I quite like the Core bar. I think it feels very plush - light in weight with a comfortable grip material. The retractable winder posts are a nice touch. Back to back I notice that the Y split point is 2m lower on my sensor bar so its likely some of the difference in feel is due to that. The chicken loop is a little smaller than I'd like on my one but there's not much to grumble about otherwise.
