where to buy the silicone tube from?
I have searched around for the tubing for the one pump tube connections, lots out there, but its not suitable too stiff, to thick, misleading terms had me excited but terms like slingshot were referring to bows and arrows stuff, I want to buy it by the meter cut my own lengths, some one on here must have found where to buy it from, nothing in the search function I could find?? anyone in uk ??

Have you tried- Hand spear/ spear gun tube?
I find it works well for 4 or 5 years, perhaps you will find a better solution. Also try a 90 degree bend to make the stiff tubing you already have function better(new or old).
