Is there a carbon fuselage that would fit the kite wings and carbon masts from Sab? it doesn't have to be a specific brand; I am just wanting a light enough fuselage so that (with my low volume wings) the board sits sideways in the water.

I don’t think anyone has made a carbon fuselage that's compatible with the Moses SABfoil wings and masts.

New wing just released. W1110. Seems from the photos to be a bigger version of the W1000... but I dont know whether the foil profile shape and profile thickness is the same or not?
I am interested to hear if anyone has demoed it. From the looks of the video it seems to be a good option for pumping... but the experts seem to make many foils look easy to pump!

question for the carbon repair pro's, I picked up a moses 111 comet used that needed a bit of work on the connection point when I got it. I scuffed it up to help the solarez stick and built up the bits that weren't flat. I got it to the point where it was a perfect fit based on measurements from my 91cm mast for comparison. Took it out for one session and came back in to find it cracked up pretty good. A chunk of epoxy broke off away from one of the threaded inserts and it has a few hairline cracks running throughout. Is there any chance of saving it or is it junk?

Resin like Solarez (or equivalent) isn't particularly strong in tension. It will easily crack if it's not reinforced with carbon fibre or glass fibre. It's quite difficult to do a good carbon repair at a point of high stress (such as fuselage connection point). You will almost certainly need to reinforce any repair with carbon fibre, and to do that properly it means removing (grinding & sanding) a significant amount of the old material, and than layering back up with new carbon fibre and resin. You'll most likely have to remove some of the un-cracked carbon to enable you to have significant surface area to bond the new carbon onto.
Can you send a photo of the damage?

- yeah will do later on today.
when I got it, there was no cracking through the connection point, it was more so just poorly sand or refinished. That should have been my first warning sign, but oh well. I just used solarez to build up some sections that were sanded down too much to level off the beveled shape. The cracks are running through the original epoxy that makes up the connection piece of the mast.

A repair of this could be attempted, but my gut feeling is that, unless the cracks are only superficial on the surface (which appears not to be the case) then it's going to be extremely difficult to repair this without it failing again in future.
However, it might give you some comfort to know that the threads at the end of the mast go very deep into the carbon, perhaps reducing the chance of a catastrophic failure. My guess is that if you keep using the mast it will begin to crack and crumble further eventually leaving a very soft and bendy connection to the fuselage.

Question for the wing foilers, does anyone use the w800 or even the w740? Would love to hear how much wind they require for a mid sized weight (78kg).
I also kite foil and wondering which of those two would be a better step down from the w1000.
Cheers
