Has anybody enlaeged holes in 633 or 679 wing to use 8mm screws on the HS fuselage?
Any pictures or videos?
Not wings but following Fred’s advice drilled additional holes in two mast plates with a regular drill bit. Went through easy as if it was sort material.

Jimmy mentioned drilling being safe earlier in this thread, so I wouldn’t worry much. Wear a mask and glasses.

Or even better - get better newer wings model instead. 799 looks like a good alternative

but the 799 is an alternative to the 679 for hydrofoil kitesurfing

The mast plate seems solid, I drilled mine too. The wings have a foam core, going to 8mm might result in you exposing it. Depends on how thick the carbon layer is. Might have to seal it after drilling.

Above in the thread Jimmy confirmed that it’s safe to drill 8mm where 6mm holes are.
It’s more than a thin layer of carbon surrounding the mount holes.

This is what hordes of wingers have been asking for Moses to deliver. A wing smaller and more agile than w1100, yet larger and loftier than 945.

How does this compare to the W800?

W800 is more than twice as small by the area and is certainly thinner to say the least. If you can wing on 800 you won’t need 999. On the opposite - if you need 999 to wing - you won’t be able to use the 800

Still studying am alternative [faster] to 633 heavy sailor light winds…(8 to 12 Kn)
Since I have zero opportunity to test, it is imperative I hear from those who have…
Area…my take is that it should inicially be between 1000 to 1250…
AR…ideally…not too big for kiting purposes…below 800mm
Fast…ideally…not too thick…(why sabfoil doesnt print 633 thickness in its datasheet?)
W799….seems a good choice….but relatively thick…19mm…is it slow? Too much lift?
W940….seems fast…thin…15mm…but 940?…is it maybe too big for kiting?….
W790…seems slow and thick…and outdated…
W800…small area…is it really a light wind alternative?
W679…is it really a fast wing…?
Since in theory W695 is the biggest kite dedicated wing…all others are multidiscipline, for slalom style, fast, light wind, heavy sailor, still learning, what is the way to go…?

19mm you got for 799 is about same as 679. 633 is 24mm
940 is too big wingspan for kiting
790 is 30mm fat wing good for SUP
679 can go 25 mph and many people that I know switched from 633 to ride 679. I did too, yet I went few steps further - 695->800->730+1200

I love the w800, I like it better than 695 but it’s not as lightwindish as ~1200 sq.cm wings. I chose a pair of wings fitting light/compact kite fuselage - 730 sq.cm regular and 1200 sq.cm lightwind wing

633 is still a good wing. 679 is great. 799 might be better than both of those.

When choosing a Moses set, you’re choosing which fuselage will you ride. Their larger wings require surf fuselage and smaller one run on kite fuselage. So 695/800 and 679/699/633 will not fit same fuselage - I’m sure you bumped into that. My point is the fuselage is also a consideration when you choose a wing from perspective “what’s my next wing and will it fit”

How much do you weigh, what conditions do you ride in?
