I sold my Veloce XLH.
It couldnt fit in my car, only missing one or two inches but sufficient to be a PITA....
The guy I sold it to loves it, nice
Now I have bought the High Aspect Fluid LH, 1221 cm2.
It can be in my car easy, fully assembled with board.
Been out two times:
Feels very much like the Veloce, meaning difficult and takes some time to get used to the balance - you have to stand more centered.
Veloce XLH turned well - I think the Fluid LH do so too, it is lively, but I dont know much after only two times out.
The second day was much better - first day was in difficult conditions dead onshore headhigh waves very close, for my first run on a new wing - so not all perfect that day for my slow learning ha haa
Second day I could glide on even really small wind swells - YEEEES, feels almost like the Veloce despite a tad less AR.
I think I have been spoilt riding so much on my 1480 cm2 Fluid XL, that my body needs longer time to change to a new wing
How does it work for you guys/girls?
Assume there are others who ride the Fluid XLH now.
It gets better and better the more you ride it - amazing glide and turns fine, which is what we all want in a foilwing I think
Takes some time, for me, to get used to the new balance point.
