"Completing survey" means paying up for VAT, Tax and shipping, above the taxes and shipping fees already included/paid with pledge. That's not really professional and many asked about that in comments and I saw no direct answer about these problems.
So everyone who still has question or does not want to pay more than communicated upfront has "not completed the survey"...

LMFAO! It's funny as hell reading the comments on the KS page... Amazing how many people got scammed by this and are just now realizing it. What's even more amazing is so many of them sending even more money!

No, some are asking for their money back. You can't cancel your pledge and the odds of getting a refund are about on par with all of those Nigerian princes sending all the money they scammed back.
