Wondering what happens when I hit ground...does it get lost easily?

Looks like an engineering solution to a problem that doesn't really exist.
Swapping fins the old way is not extremely time consuming. 8 bolts to deal with. Use an electric screwdriver if it's that much of a problem... and that leaves you with a vast quantity of compatible fins to use.
When going from flat water to choppy or wave conditions, people would more likely use a different board altogether, than fiddle with fins. Because board outline, stiffness, bindings/straps, ... are also super important parameters to match to the conditions.
The extra thickness induced by that clickable design is quite likely to be a show stopper, and there is a very limited choice of fins to swap. (3, by the look of it).

By the way, my fins are glassed in, on my TT, and on my surfboard. The number of times that I would have wanted to put smaller or bigger fins on either of them has been pretty much zero, over the course of 10yrs...

Grigorib and bragnouff have hinted at it, but I'll just come right out and say it: for a twintip board, this product idea lies somewhere in between "marketing scam" and "totally kooky."

I wonder after snapping them on and off so many times that they will not snap on securely and get lost?

Wtf...? Spending spending less than five minutes to change your fins is worth being locked-In to a propritory limited selection?

I wish I knew more of the people who buy into this stuff...

I have things to sell you.

How's that Keurig coffee-maker working out?

Have a look:
...
I have a Hobie 21se catamaran that uses centerboards , instead
of the fixed dagger boards that most cat's use ; pull a string
and you can change the depth of the board at will on the fly , hit
a sandbar and the board retracts automatically , with no damage.
I'd be impressed , if someone came up with a fin for a TT or
surfboard ; that could do that !!!

"It's taking way too long to swap my fins!" Said nobody ever. They make electric screwdrivers.
