* Polyfuse
Regarding the Polyfuse, some people argue that this material is not much more than mylar turned inside out. The laminated side would actually be on the inside of the tube, and not as visible. Has anybody looked at the inside of the leading edge of an Aero?
* RRD
As of today, I have not seen a single test review on the RRD 2002. Is the supertype, the kite with the very high (~6 ) AR. If so, I do not think that this is for me. If you know where to find some reviews on the 2002 kites, I would be extremely interested. Do you know when the 2002 RRD kites are supposed to come out?
Thanks

Thanks. However, I believe that the reviews for the RRD posted on the wwww.kite-surf.com are the 2001 version.
I am not sure that the 2002 exists except on the RRD website for now.

You can find some reviews at
http://www.kitesurftech.com , not very detailed, but gives you a good idea.

I wouldn't say it is a better choice than the Rhino, since this is an intermediate kite. The Rhino should develop more power for jumping and the Toro is better to restart and doesn't have too much power for better control.
It is another option for the Aero and Wipika's Hydro.

Do you guys know what is the AR of the North 12, and how it would compare to an Aero, ARX, AB or a LIFT from a similar size?
Thanks

Kite AR
North Rhino 12 5.7
Naish Aero 12 5.8
Airblast 8.4 (11.4) 4.8
Takoon Scoop 8.5 (11.6) 4.8
Data from axelair.com
I am surprised. I thought the Aero would have a lower AR than the takoon, AB and so on...
Or is this just the fact that nobady calculates the AR the same way....
