It can be used straped or unstrapped, with two fins or without.

It is made by Underground in New Zealand:

I am the German distributor.
They just built a few customs for teamriders so there is no retail price yet.
If you are interested contact them or the underground dealer you want to buy it from - where are you?

Frank

How thick is it?

It looks quite fat in the photos (hard to edge?).

I:m in Japan now. I think if the price were at least similar to a skimboard there would be a HUGE market. But custom boards have custome prices. :-?

Don't know the retail price, there are only a very few for teamriders yet.
It won't be the cheapest you could get...
But when it is as much fun to ride as it is to look at it, it is worth every $ it costs, whatever it is!
The rails are around one inch thick, the deck and the rails at the tail around half of that.

Frank

Looks great! :thumb:

Unfortunately, Underground boards are too expensive here in Brazil!

My skimboard costs around R$ 240,00 (US$ 105,00), a good custom board costs R$ 1.000,00 (US$ 435,00) and the FLX costs around R$ 2.760,00 (US$ 1.200,00).

Just for comparison, with US$ 1.200,00 I can expend almost 10 days in Fortaleza. Air ticket, car, hotel and food included.

Or, you cam buy 2, custom boards and 1 kiteSURF board, for the same price. http://spaces.msn.com/members/kingkiteboards/
