Hei Ronny
Is Mark also using the Crossbow for light wind?
Does he like the Cbow 16?
Or does he prefer traditional big kites in low wind?
Keep up the good work!

I think he use mostly the nitro 14 for the low winds.
Although he has the cb 16, i think he prefers the 14 with a bigger board.
Best Regards

Anti Bows people ???
Not much noise from their end !!
Of course Bows are crap !
The Crossbow is the crapiest !
Hard to believe that the Naish shockwave is exactly the same design ! What were they thinking !
Slingshot ?? Bringing out a Bow kite ?Obviously lost the plot completely!
As for Mark, well, what would he know !!

Nice video - Ive windsurfed that spot many times - the wave breaks on the rocks - you have to have huge cahones to kite there - there is no safety if it goes wrong
.
I love mark shinn's style especially the Kitesurfing equivelent of a GU screw (toeside backloop of the lip landing back on the face) Ive wanted to pull that move for a long time
.............
However there is absolutely categorically no way that the wind is 30knts- the windsurfers are on 5M sails and barely moving on the inside ..... still good stuff though

he's using the 7m and 9m CB and he has a 12m torch II and uses a 11m slingshot octane...he rarely uses a 16m as he's riding a simboard most of the time and if he does uses a big kite he likes the 16m X4
he calles himself the kitewhore, he uses whatever he prefers at the time....

Hi,
Little off topic but has been mentioned earlier in this thread:
We did 5 clinics with Mark in 2005 and we will do so again in 2006, we will probably run 3 clinics in May/June and more in August/September.
The 2005 clinics was very successful and people improved their riding a lot. Mark is a fantastic coach and combine this with good video filming and you have a great clininc.
Dates will be posted on our web site as soon as we have set them.
Regards,
