Gumball repeats that they have sold 20.000 kites and 0 ( zero ) returns
So, what you say is simply not true
Cause I believe what Gumball says, yeah you are right !!! hands down the best kite ever and so on
Saludos
I don't think he has ever said this, but he is a big fat liarer for sure.
The deal is if it is less then 30 days old and it rips for any reason then they will replace it. ( my dog ate my kite warrenty)
I'm afraid it's a bit of bad luck, but contact them they really do have one of (if not the best) return polic and customer service

if it's 30 days or younger, send it back we'll replace it.
if it's 30 days-90 days, take some shots of the damage and if we see any point or material failure in the kite, we'll replace it.
emailing
support@bestkiteboarding.com is the best way to start a warranty claim.
good luck.

If it makes you feel any better about your Best kite, I have done the same thing with 2 Naish kites and a Cabrinha kite. Any kite will blow out a panel if it hits the water hard.

Guess what happened? a HUGEEEEE rip right up the kite along the center strut. Piece of shit kite. Thats the last time I buy from BEST thats for sure. None of my other kites have ever done that.
Anyone had this problem with BEST kites??? Maybe the 9m Yarga???
You sir,are an Idiot. No kite can be guarenteed not to tear when "slammed against the water". Shit happens, and when it does you clean it up and don't whine about the food you ate to cause the shit.

djsparco_m2,
You can't be serious, can you? If you slam a kite into the water at full force and it explodes or rips, it's not the kites fault or the manufacturers fault. IT"S YOUR!!!! All kites can and will fail eventually in this situation. I think you are just bashing. I and just about anyone in this sport for a bit has seen numerous kites from all makers rip from impact. Just consider yourself lucky that you didn't pay close to 2 grand for the kite from another manufacturer that even after 2 weeks would have said "SORRY!!"

Quit the f&^*ing BEST Bashing. I don't have any BEST kites. I have all Cautions but prior that I had Naish's. I hammered one of those in the water and it ripped from the trailing edge to the LE bladder. By this logic I guess Naish sucks also???? Give me a break.........Operator malfunction.
