Rebel 14m or 16m for light wind

I have used the 14M 3 times in very light winds and I can not imagine the need to go for a 16M at your size. The 14M is a light wind machine.

I saw you have a Caution answer as your avatar. Do ride a 16, 12 or other size? How does the caution compare with the Rebel 14?

The 14 Rebel has more low end then the 12 Answer. I really love the 12 Answer and use it 95% of the time. I have only been on the Rebel 3 times in very light winds so I am very limited on what I can tell you about it. I think it will be a great kite. You can get a feel for how a kite flies in light winds but you really need to demo it in higher wind to be sure. Another thing I have never flown and SLE I didn't like.
