How can you forget the master, the guru, the buddha of old school himself?

yes, Flash has a nice style, but for me the other riders showed more different tricks, like board offs and one foots!

just kidding. Flash got me into the sport but all those guys kill it. I'm glad Dimitri is still out doing his insane style of riding. I also enjoyed the vid as it's all wake style now where all the moves look the same. Old school is the only style that can only be done with a kite. All these wakestyle moves can be done behind a boat. Thanks for keeping the old school alive!!!

I wish there would be more guys doing old school on a higher level.

I remember one year ago, I was sitting at the Cauipe lagoon, and there was a Spanish rider, named Pepe, buddy from Jaime Herraiz, from Tarifa...and he did also just do old school on a high level...that was so nice to watch! I really enjoyed it.

Also nice to watch are the Dom. Rep boys like Alex Soto, Ariel Corniel etc...they can ride all styles...nice to watch!

aloha and thank you (mahalo) to everyone for the kind words.
It is always deeply rewarding to find out if we were able to enfluenced people to discover
kiteboarding- (even if just in aliitle way). I have been kitesurfing for 13 years now,
and in the beginning, I truly wanted to kitesurf with someone other than just all by myself.

Hi Flash!

Good to have you around!

Maybe you can do a retro video with many tricks? Would be awesome to see those tricks from back then and I'm sure I missed many of your tricks! Would be a good inspiration!

And I bet many people would love to see it!!!

Take care!
