For the ones where it does not work: can you please try another browser and see if it works with that?
Looks like on Firefox3 it works, Mac and Windows.
I tested also IE7 on Windows, works as well.

Yes, everyone can add or edit content. But if I see misuse, this will get limited for certain persons...so be responsible with what you do on it, this site is also protected by laws.
And ALL content gets checked, so stay within the guidelines of the wiki.
