AMP bar lengths?

Postby Guest » Thu Apr 03, 2003 7:48 pm

I'm riding my 11.9 AMP on a 50cm bar and it turns really well on that. I now see that 10.3's and 11.9's are being shipped with 60 cm bars. Anyone tried them on 60cm and is there any advantage over 50cm?
Thanks, Simon.

The 11.9 will work great with both 50 and 60 cm bars.
I have been trying both and love it both ways.

Both sizes work. Whether 50 or 60 is a matter of taste. I like 60 better.

Have anyone tried the Amp 18,2 m2 ? Would the 50cm bar work with that as well?
What about the collaption issue - is that concerned all the sizes above 11.9?

The sizes above 11.8 are not out yet. In fact Apparently they have not been made. They are still playing catch-up.

This is annoying if you want a quiver all the same make, but can't have.

Going back to the original question, the kite turns so fast it matters little.

Have not been made yet :o :o :o
Hmmm - doesn't sound good together with the problems of the collaptive 11.9 and the missing webside, they have to move fast now :-? Hmmm - glad I'm not working in the company right now - must be pretty stressy :( - or maybe they have just dropped the stressfull serious business and have layed back in good old surf mode and are smokin' da weet 8)

Or just take the time to make proper products....

I heard that each kite will be a development on it's own.
So much for the better.

The 5,5 and 18.2 will arrive 1 week time
Other sizes are all available. My 7.1 IN the colors I wanted was even in sock at the local dealer.

Rode the 8.7 again today and damn what a nice kite.
