My centre line snapped, kite ended up downwind and trashed on the rocks...... a very, very sad day indeed

Saw this when walking along my local beach. Was in an area where kiters normally dont go.
So I,m thinking a tourist found out why not.

heres a 12m 09 Torch after a month on the backside of flat island in kailua. one of the kayak guides at KSK found it
It took about 2 hours to get it untangled from itself, and the biggest canopy chunk was about the size of a fist. the smartloop and bar are still in usable condition.
one of the Naish team riders lost it during a big swell at the end of 08.

So why would one of the Naish guys they leave their shit in the water. He's lucky none of the marine life got tangled up in his lost gear. That would be another topic. Pack your trash like the Wolfpak says.....even if it's your kite. Don't be lame. You lost your kite....go find it. I know I would. Don't be lame....
