Single or multi inflation system? (Poll)

actually, who cares about that poll? do oyu think it will change the world? The manufacturer? another post who will be forgotten in 2 weeks.
When one-pump system got out, evrybody said it was brilliant. Now, nearlly every brand uses it and people want to move backward...find it kind of funny

Another common term for it is single point inflation, but you put single inflation system to mean non one pump, I think?

And Multi inflation system would denote a one pump kite, but the commonly used "multi pump" is non one pump. You put system after it and it confuses the whole concept. Is that a system of tubes on the kite? Making a single point inflation system one pump. Or is it the system you go through to pump the kite making a multi inflation system a non one pump?

I dont think people know what their voting for or that understanding is consistent from voter to voter.

I guess this is people who NEVER repair their own kites, and give it to somebody else to fix them, or have money and replace with a new one...

I've replaced the LE bladder a couple of times on my one pump REVs by myself. Yea it may take a bit longer than a non one pump kite but I don't find it difficult. It also makes sure you don't have any twists in the bladder. No biggy for me.

Yeah agreed having repaired both the types, the Slingshot patented system is easy to work with and reliable. If you remove the leading edge bladder the strut bladders are not touched, you just uncouple the hoses. I'd say it adds about 10 - 15 mins total to the complete process if you have a methodical approach to the task.

The main issue for me is not the amount of time it takes to repair (except for that horrible Naish system) but rather that the systems eventually fail and I end up losing sessions. The one pump systems are a weak point in the construction of the kite.

Okay and while on vacation when I don't have quick access to spare parts, repairing can be a problem as well.
