Hi I have an ION Hummer harness and the webbing is failing after 4 months.
I purchased the harness overseas as there are not any ION dealers here in Hong Kong.
I have tried using the contact on their website but no reply.
Does anyone have a contact for ION pref in asia?
Thanks

their production is in China!
Send a mail to the headquarter...they should be interested why that happened.

You should contact the store you bought it from, it's their responsibility to fulfil any warranty claims.
