Watched this a few times now, there are some serious strapless airs in here. Big height, a 360 strapless, mega nosepresses, using a land board as a slider, pressing a wakeskate (!), cool gopro angles - more shenanigans from those "Year in the Life" guys in California - not the way most people ride, but interesting vid for sure

A couple shots from vid

You can pretty much use a wakeskate with any shoes but Nike 6.0 have a few models with drainage

It seems like the only way to keep those annoying bits of sand, mud and broken shells from working their way down inside shoes like that, is to wear socks....

Siiiick gopro film - stokey...
Those white Air Jordan's are circa 2006??? Or maybe they are brand new and that's why you can't find 'em? Looks like they hold up well in the ocean though

With the massive heel on those shoes they really suck for skateboarding and I imagine they are even worse for wakeskating. Nike do produce some water specific wear, but you can really use anything in the water, Vans seem to work really well with the waffle sole grip.

Hey, AM - why does a massive heel hurt wakeskating? Don't you want some cushion?

Excellent video! It all looks so easy in slow motion.
