if anybody knows of a place with 99% chance of wind, i get the feeling that the might be slow in posting its location. We all have our secret spots where there always wind even if there is none anywhere else.

but if you ask my girlfriend she'll say there is a 99% of wind coming out of my ass

hope you find your macca.. :thumb:

Remember that if there is 99% change of strong wind then there is a 1% chance that there is not gonna be strong wind. This means that for every 100 years of May there is gonna be one May that isn't gonna be strong. In other words if it's been continually going off since records began and this particular location, it's time for that 1/100 fizzer.....

El Yaque - Margarita

Comming From Amsterdam?

With MartinAir you have a direct fly to Porlamar. The airport is 5 minutes from the spot.
Ask the MartinAir pilots (many kitesurfers and windsurfers) where is 99% wind ?

Best Regards.

Hugo.

Try OMAN.
At this moment on south coast of Oman between Muscat and Masirah Island, there is 99.9 % chance of good wind .
I am currently working in the UAE somewhat 900 km from a spot in Oman.
WE try to travel every weekend to Oman .
You can go there without any backthought you will have wind and strong.
These winds are due to the mousson season.
In Oman itself there wont be any raiin but very good wind .
Oman is also very secure so camping is the thing there without any dought.
All you will need to arrang is a rental car and preferential a 4x4 but his is not a must as lots of places are reachable by normal car.
Oman is also worth a visit.
Omanis are the kindest people of the world !!!!

Hope this is enough and hope to see you there.

Kind regards ,

Haya
