Hey there, I kind of think I might already know the answer but there's not a ton of info on it so I figured I would ask.... Can you get any good wave kiting sessions in southern baja in the winter time? The El Norte doesn't really get the pacific coast correct? Is there any wind or is that just spring time. I am thinking specifically of January and February. Thank you much

San Quintin is best in the Spring and summer but not so much in August.
