I saw this a while ago and this new caber thing looks cool but I really don't understand how it works.
I'm sure someone will try and use this technology on a kite board one day
But that heavy 3 stage rocker will kill the boards forward speed, but you never know!

there was a video on you tube somewhere that made it sound like it could be good for kiting as the rocker is flat in the middle? Just guessing...

Doubt it would be good. It still has a lot of rocker and is essentially a 3 stage which is a slower board. The El Von Vidal works for kiting pretty well. It needs a little bit more power than the SS Asylum.
