Please tell me this is a parody of some sort...

I wouldn't be surprised if this was a real setup. I've seen some pretty wonky getups in the last 12 years kiting.

This guy could take the cake.

This may lost in translation but the Kiter clearly says he has Menier's disease. People with Menier's disease have problems with their vestibular system and hearing. Imagine being so drunk you have the spins, except you are sober and it will last the rest of your life.

So it's not so cool to laugh at this guy because he wants some flotation for his disability.

Now the board speed break system... That is unique. It sounds like he could be joking about that, and English is not his first language.
