What where you riding before spotz 2 ?

It does immediately not sound right, nor do I think there is anything wrong with it whatsoever - maybe just the change you have to get used to ?

I think so :thumb:

Well, I think they are not... (harder for your legs)

You ride with more speed to get the lift, but not more power or pressure really.

When getting used to it, you WILL of course be much more tired, but when used to it, no difference.

I got wings at both ends (medium area high camber wave wing, small area low camber fast wing), so above is my experience.

Having said that, if you go for upwind, yes, you will most likely want to ride with more power from the kite, thus more leg workout.

But will still say, most of it is getting used to the difference :naughty:

Equal?
A well trimmed KBHF, mounted wing AoAs relative to each other and strap postion, should fly with comfortable and equal leg pressure.
Can you waterstart and ride strapless?
If so give it a fly and test different foot postitions.
Do you know an experienced pilot to test it and give feedback?
Just some ideas.

I am riding the Spotz2 foil with the same wings as yours. There is no more pressure on my legs than with any other foil, other than I am often going faster and sometimes this makes me more tense. :D As I get comfortable with speed, I learn to relax.

Of course if you find one leg getting tired then you need to move your footstraps to balance your weight between both legs.

Have fun.

Yeah I also moved from Moses Silente to Spotz 2. Spend some time tuning the Spotz to get the pressure evenly weighted between the two feet by adjusting the AOA of the rear wing. For me its not quite at the lowest angle of attack but I suggest setting it at lowest and then progressively moving it up half a turn at a time. When I ride with guys who are better than me I find that they are able to lock their knees into a relatively stiff stance and hike out and generate a lot more power than me.When I try this I notice a lot more foot pressure than before so maybe that is what you are feeling..its just that you are now on a performance foil and need to get used to it. For now I still have to bend my knees to keep the trim. I'm sure it will change with time and getting the right muscle groups fitter.
Love the Spotz 2. With the new front and rear wings its a much tamer beast than the speed wings.
