I had 2 holes in my leading edge bladder. And both patched them well an looked like they were sealed well. However, my kite gets soft sice it leaks slowly of both.
Can I put a bigger patch ontop or do I have to get a new bladder?
Regards!

Done properly a patch is stronger than the rest of the bladder. Confirm that it's leaking through the patch (bubble test) then do a proper Aquaseal patch job. Put a good 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch around the outside of the old patch, make sure it lays perfectly flat, and stick a good weight on it overnight or longer.

I agree. Almost all bladders can be repaired. Most of the time its an old valve. Run your hand where the leak is along the inside of the leading edge. Just like a bike tire, the object that punctured it might still be lodged inside.
