It's like ashleymadison-site, are those 10 people Toby's bots generating talks trying to generate add revenue flow. Most Plummet thread openings are like that.. Trying to generate talks out of nothing.

In general only around 1% are major content contributors on most online communities.

Alamos, you need to learn the definition of the word "succinct". Nothing in your post was succinct. It was as vague as you can get. Re-read the OP and either contribute or stop trolling.
Eurus, you need to hone your reading skill. Him Starsky. Me Alamos. Got it?

Every kite company makes mistakes....

Its all about CUSTOMER SERVICE and WARRANTY SERVICE

Thats all...
Why is it a stupid thread? I agree every company makes mistakes. But its how they deal with those mistakes that makes the difference. Perhaps a couple of companies will rise above as the better company.

Alamos, your profile pic probably caused the confusion (very similar to Starsky's pic).

Stupid or not... here is my 2 cents worth. Start with Bad, then on to the good.

Ion apex harness: buckles disintegrated after 6 months, Ion wouldnt do anything warranty wise.
Liquid force kite: didnt like the kite personally, customer service adequate.
Cabrinha Kite: Well made kite, never had a problem with their equipment. Just wasnt the kite for me.
F-One Kite: Still fly them... Customer service here in the US has been very good. I think Bruce is the US rep, when i needed to upgrade my bar etc... he was very helpful.

OK ill play,
2014 Best TS V3. just got the kite brand new (yes I know its a year old) 5 valves were delaminated after unwrapping the kite. customer service...AWESOME! Best had an entire new bladder set to me within a week. seller offered to pay for install. but I did it myself. seller is in hot climate and I assume the kite sat in a hot shed or something for the last year so im not surprised that they delimanated...no big deal, Best took care of it. happy customer

edit, customer service would have been even better if they decided to give me a brand new kite of choice, any size...just sayin :) Best hook me up LOL
