LF Rocketfish test

Postby abel » Sat Oct 17, 2015 11:40 am

Did anybody had a chance to test the Liquid Force Rocketfish?
What riding experience differences to the FoilFish?
I saw on their specs that the mast is thinner, which has the benefits of lighter weight and lower drag; but I wonder about downsides like vibration and breaking weakness.

Seems that the Roketfish is not out there even for testing
Anyone?

I've been hoping to find something too. I look forward to the first reviews becoming available.

Hi

I wouldn't expect too many reviews before 2016 unless the review is from a dealer or team rider.

One of the largest LF dealers in the USA (realwatersports) has all the new LF foils for pre-sale, with ship dates of 31 December.

Best

Why wait when there are SO many and SO much better KBHFs available with years of R+D and manufacturing behind them?

Why wait? Value for dollar (i.e., price). Sounds like you've compared a lot of KBHFs with the Rocketfish, so why not post your review?

For one, a brand new Spotz 2 landed in the US for about $1250.00.
Beautiful all carbon, proven track record.
I don't have one, but that is hard to beat for value and price.
Basically, the cost of one kite.

Where did it landed? From manufacturer's website it appears that for this amount you can buy mast only.

No, not shown on the Spotz website.
Send them and email and they respond quickly.
Delivered to the west coast of the US.
Probably won't last long as no one knows how many "2s" they have left.
Still, an incredible deal for the complete foil.
