Hi, here a short edit about freestyle performance and physical training with athletes. It's kinda a promotional video but educative too.
Whatever is your practice level, to train your physical skills in addition to kitesurfing is essential to progress, keeping injuries away

Enjoyed the video. I don't think overall fitness is taken seriously enough by alot of kiters.
Maybe you could take a few of your favourite exercises and show a progression of how a kiter with little excercise background can build on the skills necessary to do that specific exercise.

I don't believe in it.
Do you ever see a lion do physical training before it takes down a gazelle? How about a polar bear doing sit ups before it mauls a big fish?
I do not need to do anything before I kite

Hey, LFAK. Lions and polar bears live lives of continuous physical activity. They don't need to warm up. Most people don't live like lions and polar bears.
