not all the Spitfires whistle. mine always has A LOT. but i just rode a friends spitfire and it was dead silent . no visual differnces that i could see except that mine has minor scratches and paint wear due to several hundred hours on it.

My Spitfires whistle a lot..almost all the time . No scratches, new condition.
Maybe you can swap the wings to isolate the problem ?

Get a different mast. I tried Zeeko wings on TKF mast and custom fuselage - almost no noise, just a little whisper on higher speed. Sharks beware

Sure ..if you change the geometry, weight ect. you automatically changing resonance frequency and with some luck eliminate noise.

Earplugs. I wear silicone earplugs most of the time I ride (not because of noise). However my spit is not that loud. I also have an inkling that it's whistling attracts local sea turtle. I see it almost every session since I bought Spitfire and never seen one before

I enjoy the little whistling. Tells me I'm moving fast enough.
Would like a black and white stripes bottom surface to make it less appealing as a lure for our residents ( great whites)

The Zeeko promotional material states that during falls the Spitfire "never tends to fly away". As anyone noticed this difference from non-canard foils? And are you less likely to have it hit you if you fall forward of it?
Yes I find it's less likely to shoot up after a crash. I reckon it's due to the centre of gravity (the front wing and fuselage sit foward on the board) being shifted forward of the centre of lift compared with conventional foils so it self dives more so, not that it never shoots out of the water, just much less.
