RRD ditches obsession / obsession pro - now just one kite

Looks like it's much lower aspect than the old pro. 4 /5 line:

Huh? RRD is not ditching their 5-line kite as indicated above. They're just adding a 4-line option. In reality, RRD is ditching a dedicated 4-line kite. North only ditched their dedicated 5-line freeride kite, but they never ditched the 5-line option for all of their LEI kites. The Vegas is still a 5-line only.

I'll grant you that not everything is market driven... though that is partly a matter of definition. But still, what are you trying to say. Is it a bad move, a good move? And why? You seem to know your kites.
