Waste of a nice wave imho, If kiter wants to do speed runs kinda waste of a wave on one of the days of the year??¿¿ Do speed runs in a lagoon not out running a wave hahaha! Surfer always has right of way!
Have you ever done a cross off speed run on a steep walling long face? I'm guessing not. Its freaking fantastic. The speed is amazing, You can hold a lot of power against the wall of the wave and its a freaking thrill to out speed the monster trying to eat you.

Burning a Kiter who got in way early in DOH on a wave with sections unmake-able for a surfer? The surfer only has the right of way to his own funeral, if he gets run over, which he might do, even though he doesn't have the right to.
In serious conditions only useless shitheads will drop in on someone.
even if they are pros, hawaiians or Spaniards on surfboards, shithead is as shithead does.
Unless the Kiter is getting waves every set again and again so no one else can, then it's two s-heads.
And that's my conclusion after surfing and kiting in 4 different oceans.

What a waste of a nice wave. Almost like the kiter was running away from the pocket. Totally understandable if the kiter has no wave expedience. However, don't mess it up for the people(surfer in this case) that are there to actually ride waves. JBrooks nailed it.
