It's not low friction when you have the words 'Jay' written in raised letters

Dude -- the cord slides in the U-channel ; so the raised letters don't add friction !!

It would be even cooler if we could download the design to print at home. From the video it looks twice as expensive to print a nylon ring rather than buy a metal ronstan one from a marine store.

In the image showed the JAY word is raised only 0,8mm on the perpendicular area of the ring and the rope curve doesn't touch it becase of the inner curve of the ring.
However it can confuse so we changed it by embossing the JAY word

This part is 3D printed on order by SCULPTEO service in San Francisco for the USA and France for Europe, the cost is high when you produce 1 piece at a time.
