Has anyone considered emulsion for serigraph screen to recoat kite ripstop?

Some of these emulsions are water soluble but, after UV exposion, they turn completely impermeable and not soluble anymore. I don't know about air porosity but, maybe, it worth a try...

I remember my ex Speed 4 lotus (flysurfer) , it was a pain for weeks to get dry inside ... If you do not have a dedicated area to dry it in your house, it can be a nightmare...
