hi guys...

I had all my struts replaced on my ( nearly new) reo's, each time I finished a session, air from the LE blew into my struts or the other way into the LE...

after several tests with new main valves bringing no solution... all struts were replaced ( still have the old ones)

What seems to be inside information from Ozone is that they had a glue that has a problem ( they called it a microbe in the glue)

Its strange that Ozone does not make a callback as they know the problem, even more strange is that Ozone seems to be very reluctant in solving the problem that is anounced by a lot of people here and on other foreign kite related websites. So its not a accidently one of a kind...

Just my 2 cents
Matti

So after about two dozen kite repairs in 2019/2020 due to this valve breaking issue it seems Ozone has completly redesigned their valves including the materials. Quite the difference in the Enduro V3 that just came out.
Previous kites I had to repair included nearly all their kites; including the latest Reo, Enduro V1,V2, Edges, C4s...all the exact same problem. All from different riders, kites from 2016 up to 2019. Tropical humid climate.
So maybe this will fix the problem. Time will tell if this works, hope it does.

Does this issue occur in v10 edge? Or only the older versions?
It is a great kite (best ever:) but if the problem isn't fixed I'm not going to buy it, especially because ozone kites are so expensive
