Kind of, maybe, not really. If your lines are not serviceable replace them; if you splice kiteline, this is like a 20 minute task. If you don't, you have to pay like $100 + shipping for a full set, even if you only need 1. Also, sleeving isn't that hard, or you can keep/buy manufacturer designed kook-proof-connector-pigtails that go on the ends of your homemade linesets.
Tons of ways to do it without buying full retail.

Or just use the pigtails as they are so cheap and then you can fly other kites by switching front to back piggies no matter the ‘kookproofness’ of the manufacture. Lots of options, pick one you like
