Does anybody know density of XPS from Home Depot or Lowes? Can you apply full vacuum without crushing it?

Varies but usually about 2 lbs/ft^3, range i have seen is 1.8-2.5 lbs/ft^3.
I would not put more than 1/2 atm pressure or vacuum on it. Full vac is too much.

I have been testing limits of lower end of my 8m peak 4. I only ride one ride pocket board 42" dwarfcraft. What are your thoughts on building pocket board with implementation of Bracurus pontoon design of Hoover board. I was paying attantion and lateral movement during light wind starts plays a big role IMHO. Do you think that concept might help with small foilboard start capabilities?

If your board is slipping sideways during your low wind waterstart, your not doing it as efficiently as you could. The initial roll up into a low crouch above the board should see the board pointing directly at the kite at a very downwind angle. It should not be broadside to the direction of pull where water can flow across the board. Once the board begins to move forward, it should be turned and simultaneously pumped in the direction the kite will exit it's initial loop. The boards movement should be entirely directional throughout the start to maximize forward speed and minimize wasted power. Side slip should be corrected as a technique flaw not overcome with design work arounds. The idea is to get moving so you can get up, not get up so you can get moving, and foils only really move well in one direction.

This is my version of the perfect board for learning and processing into 1-2 years before going to 110cm board or shorter.

The core is pu Surfboard blank. About 25kg.
Deck is non-slip finish by using peelply wetted out on epoxy and torn off after cure. Bottom is pigmented epoxy, sanded then coated will XCR coating epoxy. No sanding or polishing at all.
Not sure what you mean by manufacturer, I made it for a friend.
