Need some screws to fix some footstraps to an Alienair. Any ideas?

You can use regular stainless sheet metal screws. Just about anything will work. Especially for foiling.

Not entirely, you have to be sure which thread type you use, imperial (USA) or Metric (Europe) hence both screw types in that packet, so be sure to use the correct thread.

#12 stainless screws. Most hardware store have them.
Measure the length - I don’t recall whether they’re 1” or 1.5”

I was under the impression that there is no thread in the plastic inserts. Screwing the metal screws in creates the thread ... no?

OK, my intel is a tad dated,if the inserts are plastic then it doesn't matter about the thread, just the depth so length of the screw needs to be carefully measured so's not to pierce the board base.

Plastic insert is what SS has for surfboard and foilboards. Not sure if TT is the same.

Plastic insert on the alien air, unless the changed it. Sure plastic specific fasteners are great and I really like the ones SS provided but standard sheet metal will work.
