Why can't anyone make a roller bag with a handle on the front, but slightly to the side? With the handle in the middle I always end up crashing the bag into the back of my leg (doesn't help that I'm almost 2m tall).
That compared with straps to carry it like a backpack would have been the perfect roller bag.

You would probably just walk in circles with a roller that has an offset handle.

I think I need a back-strap bag to fit a 42” board and mast, fuselage, wings, three kites, two bars, a harness and a pump. Optionally wetsuit and lets/repair kit too.

That exists already. I think it was a North large size board bag, with a 'triple' strap handle which you can grab in the middle or either side. Couldn't find a photo shot from the right angle to show the handle. I think it was 2014-2015 model.
Boardbags with backpack straps exist too, check the Ozone 145 Boardbag, no wheels though. Dakine and Prolimit had similar models too.
To make it a roller bag, you can find some very neat and compact 2-wheel folding luggage carts and strap to any of your gear bags. Detach at check in to use max weight allowance and fit it in your hand carry.
Modular and cheaper overall.

Thanks even if the chance of finding one old North bag like that is practically zero.
Yeah. I know you can get with backpack straps, but I want one with both wheels and straps.
Generally speaking surprising that so many brands produce bags that are practically the same. Can't be huge volumes per brand which reduces economies of scale. I got an old Mystic golf and why would I replace that with this new Crazyfly? They are more or less exactly the same.
