If you can’t succeed removing the wing, two options:
1. Leave it atached and buy more parts to have more foiling options.
2. Use more aggressive technique remove the wing.

If you come up with a jig to secure the wing appropriately, you could try using a car jack to separate the parts. At some risk of destroying them. A machine shop might be able to help.

More of a nuclear option, Methylene chloride dissolves epoxy.
You could drill multiple small holes in the wing where the fuse goes inside and drip the solvent into them. Probably it would attack the new epoxy faster than the older wing material. This might let you break the wing loose. The damage might or might not be reparable.

Finally, cut the wing off. Hacksaw, oscillating saw, etc. Use methylene chloride as above to remove bits stuck to the fuselage.

These types of issue are what has me very happy with flat, simple wing/fuse connection. Sorry about your problem and good luck.

I suggest to move to better design altogether.

Heat up the two piece to break the corrosion, use a torch if you have one

Thanks for all the tips!

In the end after chucking it in the freezer two times, and getting the fuse to close to 100 degrees a few times I managed to get it apart using ratchet straps. Both foil and fuselage with no damage:)

That's awesome, man. Love your perseverance. At a certain point, it's pride, yes?
