3 World Champions in one season
The 2019 World Championships have been a great time in kiteboarding. We saw the merging of disciplines under the GKA organisation, Young Blood compete against seasoned Pros and incredible event broadcasting that allowed us to tune in from across the globe.
The final curtain call in Brazil saw Airton, Mika and Valentin reign supreme. 3 World Champions in one season, we couldn’t be more proud on our team.
Along with our champions, the Duotone team have been consistent in their consistency. Filling the top spots at every event on the calendar and at times, dominating the full podium. Fueled by natural talent and passion for the sport, together they’ve raised the bar and delivered elite performance on an international stage.
