Less than yellow kite lines and kite's flying angle from rider, but more than red kite kite lines and flying angle. Theory is that your camera is at certain height, it will set a plane to distant horizon. If something like yellow kite is above the plane, it is higher than you. There are also other distant kites which are higher than horizon.
Very same what we have been talking about verifying Woo/Piq/Xensr/... with a set of GoPro's in a pole. Now the chestcam is the pole and camera and kites in horizon are like jumpers in below picture.

Switching the video to slow motion at moment of lift-off makes it seem huge. Aside from the technological effects, it's still a big boost.

Definitely more than 30m jump. I would say 34-36 meters really. Look at red kite below, its more than twice higher, even that this kite at 10-11 possition, it means about 17-20 meters at least. Plus what of impact force !
