See you like block to block trim. If you ever need to change out the cleat it is worth knowing that clamcleat now have a cleat with a hollow under it (like a bridge) that would allow you to ditch the pulley just above the cleat. Much neater than the old cobra cleat imho but it needs the line mount as well.

I used clear PU tube cover on the safety line. Keeps it from wrapping in or around the cleat. It’s a tight fit where it’s spliced so I don’t worry about sand and not loaded anyway.
Think the loop in the flagout line was too thin if it slipped through. It needs to be a loop with a second line spliced through the loop. Both at least 1.7mm thickness (sk99 500 or sk75 300)

Also making a small eye/loop for the flagout to pass through at the clamcleat makes it tangle way less.

depower made nice and solid from easy parts, like that...

QR is a good choice to go special like Evans QR in my opinion...
