If you suffer this use well fitting ear plugs and maybe neoprene headband to secure.
There are many to test.
At first sign of irritation use 5 drops for 5 minutes of half alcohol pure and white vinegar in ear on side.
Well known treatment, I suffered yearly infections, no more!
The smallest thing you should put in your ear is your elbow..
