How long is your drive to the Kiting Spot, how long is your Session, how exhausted are you after the session

15 minutes to my local spot, 10 minutes if it's nukin
1-1/2 to 2 hour session non-stop, 1/2 to 1 hour socializing afterwards, 45 min. drive home wash gear
Not really that exhausted, just a bit tired and I sleep good that night, a bit sore the next day or two

I kite the great lakes around Toronto, Canada. Although summer winds are not consistent, air & water temps can be very cold, have issues with "doming", the Spring and Fall storm fronts are epic. And yes we get surf but the real beauty of Southern Ontario is that the number of different choice spots, all with their own different peculiarities, is absolutely incredible.

15 minutes to Cherry Beach on a SW.
A one to two hour one way drive for every other wind direction on Lakes Ontario, Erie, Huron or Simcoe.
Average session for me (60+ years old) is an hour and usually one to three sessions each day.
Always exhausted (and euphoric for days) afterwards.
